Youth For Understanding USA is now accepting applications for their 2007 Japan-U.S. Mutual Understanding Scholarship Program for the 21st Centure (JUMP). During this year-long exchange experience, JUMP scholars with will live a Japanese host family, enroll in a local high school, and meet foreign dignitaries.
JUMP is looking for students who would be successful, motivated exchange students with the skills of cultural adaptation and maturity necessary to live and study for a year in Japan. The application deadline is October 3, 2006. To qualify, the student must fit the age range of 15 to 18 years old
