Japan America Society of Colorado Japan Cup

Japan Cup

what is japan cup?

Japan Cup brings together students of Japanese for a fun-filled, day-long competition on a wide variety of subject matter ranging from current events to Japanese grammar. The competition is divided into Preliminary Rounds and Conversation Rounds in the morning and Final Rounds after lunch. Final Rounds will be open to the public in 2023. We will do our best to provide cultural demonstrations and experiences in the morning for all participants based on our ability to do so in a safe environment.

We invite competing teams from middle schools, high schools and universities. Each team is comprised of 2-3 students from one institution and they compete within their designated Japanese level against other teams. There is no limit on the number of teams from each institution allowed to compete at each level. Join us for a day of excitement and fun! If you have any questions or if you/ your organization would like to help sponsor this event, please contact us at info@jascolorado.org
